This tool enables them to actively participate in their care and take charge of their health. Content is available in French and English.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Preparing for my appointment website was created as part of the project &#8221;<a href=\"https:\/\/ssaquebec.wp.vortexdev.com\/en\/news\/improving-the-trajectory-for-people-without-a-family-doctor-going-through-the-guichet-dacces-a-la-premiere-ligne-gap-the-ruisss-universite-de-montreal-activates-the-patients-program\/\">Improving the pathway for people without a family doctor going through the Guichet d\u2019acc\u00e8s \u00e0 la premi\u00e8re ligne (GAP)<\/a>&#8221;.
