For FMGs, these resources can serve as a recipe for greater team well-being in the workplace, more satisfied patients, and greater professionalism in a changing and challenging environment.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"block-accordion \">\n    <span class=\"block-accordion__label\">Accordion<\/span>\n    <h3 class=\"block-accordion__title\">Who is the model and guidance aimed at?<\/h3>\n    \n<div class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Clinicians and decision-makers in family medicine groups (FMG)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Continuous quality improvement officers<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Researchers and research professionals<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Patient partners<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n<\/div>\n\n                    \n\n\n<div class=\"block-accordion \">\n    <span class=\"block-accordion__label\">Accordion<\/span>\n    <h3 class=\"block-accordion__title\">Stages of scientific and advisory work<\/h3>\n    \n\n<p>Driven by its desire to support the deployment of a healthcare system that continuously learns and improves, the Unit undertook a consultation exercise aimed at developing a model that would be inspiring, useful and empowering for FMGs. Consulting physician Catherine Bouffard-Dumais and research coordinator Sophie Boies carried out the following steps:<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Consultation of some 40 experts and visits to 10 FMGs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In collaboration with Sara Ahmed&#8217;s research team, literature review on front-line learning culture<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>World Caf\u00e9-type meeting bringing together all participants<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Drafting of orientations and development of a conceptual framework<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n<\/div>\n\n                    \n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-pullquote is-style-default has-small-font-size\"><blockquote><p><em>We encourage wide dissemination of the Unit&#8217;s FMG learner guidelines throughout the health and social services network and in educational circles. We will take them into account in our work to redesign the FMG Program, as well as in the current revision of the primary care organization model. This document is a significant contribution to the deployment of a culture of continuous quality improvement and to the development of a learning healthcare system.<\/em><\/p><cite>&nbsp;Philippe themes<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The orientations are structured around eleven (11) mutually influencing themes:<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The deployment of a learning culture ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Continuous quality improvement (CQI) and best practices;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Change management and training ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Medical leadership ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Data culture and technologies;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Interprofessional collaboration;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Community and sustainable health ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Research ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Patient partnership ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Governance ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Medico-administrative co-management.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p>The findings and possible solutions raised
