{"id":18892,"date":"2024-02-22T11:23:21","date_gmt":"2024-02-22T15:23:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ssaquebec.wp.vortexdev.com?p=18892"},"modified":"2024-02-22T11:26:51","modified_gmt":"2024-02-22T15:26:51","slug":"aire-ouverte-evaluative-research-to-support-continuous-improvement-of-services-offered-to-quebec-youth-and-learning-organizations","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ssaquebec.wp.vortexdev.com\/en\/news\/aire-ouverte-evaluative-research-to-support-continuous-improvement-of-services-offered-to-quebec-youth-and-learning-organizations\/","title":{"rendered":"Aire ouverte: Evaluative research to support continuous improvement of services offered to Quebec youth and learning organizations"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Fonds de recherche du Qu\u00e9bec &#8211; Sant\u00e9 (FRQS), in partnership with the Minist\u00e8re de la Sant\u00e9 et des Services sociaux du Qu\u00e9bec (MSSS), the Graham Boeckh Foundation (GBF) and in collaboration with the Unit\u00e9 de soutien au syst\u00e8me de sant\u00e9 apprenant (SSA) Qu\u00e9bec, have deployed a program that uses evaluative research to support the continuous improvement of services offered to young Quebecers aged 12 to 25, as part of the Aire ouverte integrated services network.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Aires ouvertes network aims to meet the needs of young people from a global health perspective that includes mental health, psychosocial aspects, sexual health and all spheres of life that contribute to young people&#8217;s well-being. The Aires ouvertes are places where 12 to 25 year-olds are welcomed and receive health and social services adapted to their needs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The program <em>La recherche \u00e9valuative en soutien \u00e0 une am\u00e9lioration continue des services offerts aux jeunes du Qu\u00e9bec et \u00e0 des organisations apprenantes<\/em> (Evaluative research in support of continuous improvement of services offered to young people in Quebec and learning organizations) generates knowledge and supports a culture of continuous improvement by enhancing the &#8220;Aire ouverte&#8221; initiative and making it part of a learning healthcare system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2018-2019 grant<\/h3>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>4 MM<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Launched in February 2018 by the MSSS, the Graham Boeckh Foundation (FGB), the FRQ-S and the unit.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Development and evaluation of pilot projects for mental and physical health services adapted to the needs of young people aged 12 to 25.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The MSSS launches &#8220;Aire Ouverte&#8221; initiative following competition<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2022-2023 grant<\/h3>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>4,7 MM over 5 years<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Launched in June 2022 by the MSSS, the Graham Boeckh Foundation (FGB), the FRQ-S and the unit<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Generating knowledge, supporting a culture of continuous improvement, enhancing the &#8220;Aire Ouverte&#8221; initiative and making it part of a learning healthcare system<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/frq.gouv.qc.ca\/programme\/aire-ouverte-la-recherche-evaluative-en-soutien-a-une-amelioration-continue-des-services-offerts-aux-jeunes-du-quebec-et-a-des-organisations-apprenantes\/\">Find out more about the 2022-2023 grant (in French)<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The Unit\u2019s contribution<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>Since 2018, the Unit\u00e9 de soutien SSA Qu\u00e9bec has been a proud partner of the Aire Ouverte program. The Unit offers consulting expertise, including tools and training, tailored to the project and the needs of the funded team in the following areas, in particular:<\/p>\n\n\n<div training and mentoring<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ethical and transparent optimization of data management<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Data to knowledge methodology<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Health
