These tools can be used to better assess their working conditions and promote programs and guidelines aimed at improving these conditions.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Thanks to the project carried out by <strong>Professor Thomas Poder<\/strong>&#8216;s team, a systematic review of the literature highlights 13 instruments for measuring the quality of work life of health and social services workers.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The dimensions used in each instrument are not directly comparable, but these instruments share common features such as the three most frequent dimensions: <\/p>\n<div class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>work conditions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>job satisfaction,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>stress at work<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Each of these instruments also has its own unique aspects, which we have identified to help you choose the right instrument.<\/p>\n\n<div
