eSRAP is a collaborative monitoring system to monitor and share the latest literature on patient-oriented research (POR). It was developed by our team to make it easier for the research community to keep up to date. \n<\/p>\n\n

eSRAP facilitates collaborative selection of relevant publications and access to selected publications. The tool aims to optimize monitoring efforts and knowledge sharing. It is founded on the concept of strength in numbers, and our experts believe that it\u2019s easier to stay informed as a group and share the task than to do it individually.<\/p>\n\n

    What is eSRAP?<\/h3>\n \n\n

    eSRAP is a web-based information monitoring application that automatically aggregates bibliographic records (references and abstracts) of patient-oriented research (POR) publications indexed in Scopus or Pub Med. Thus, the content of eSRAP is regularly updated in an automated way.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    It allows, according to a principle of participative production (crowdsourcing), to filter the indexed records according to the criteria chosen by the user, to categorize them by assigning additional keywords and to evaluate them (e.g. relevance, quality) in a collaborative way.<\/p>\n\n\n<\/div>\n\n \n

    By whom and for what purpose is eSRAP used?<\/h3>\n \n

    • It allows research communities, but also those wishing to collaborate (researchers, practitioners, patient partners, policy makers) to keep abreast of trends identified by their peers in the most recent POR publications indexed by Scopus or Pub Med.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • By giving different people access to a library of bibliographic records filtered and categorized by their peers, eSRAP aims to democratize monitoring, allowing all researchers and clinicians to keep up to date and, thus, aims to promote the application of knowledge from POR.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • The fields of application of eSRAP include teaching, continuing education and the preparation of protocols and publications.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n<\/div>\n\n \n
