This year was one of business structuring and team transformation. The entire team began the transition from a Patient-Oriented Research Support Unit (POR) to a Learning Health System Support Unit (LHS). Beyond the name change, the Unit has evolved its mission to make the health care system a learning system with the patient partnership as its core strength.&#13;\n<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Since then, proud of how far we&#8217;ve come and what we&#8217;ve learned, the Unit has developed an ambitious 2021-2026 implementation plan to support its vision of a learning health system.<\/p>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-buttons is-layout-flex wp-block-buttons-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-button\"><a class=\"wp-block-button__link wp-element-button\"
