It ensures that research results do not remain on the shelf; that they are implemented and that they improve care, services and management in our health and social services network.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Working together for a Learning Health System<\/h3>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-media-text alignwide is-stacked-on-mobile\"><figure class=\"wp-block-media-text__media\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/ssaquebec.wp.vortexdev.comwp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/quintuple_obj_en_ssaquebec-1024x1024.jpg\" alt=\"quintuple_aim_unite_nouveaulogo\" class=\"wp-image-9741 size-full\"\/><\/figure><div class=\"wp-block-media-text__content\">\n<p>In collaboration with the Minist\u00e8re de la Sant\u00e9 et des Services sociaux du Qu\u00e9bec, the Fonds de recherche du Qu\u00e9bec and the four integrated university networks in health and social services in Qu\u00e9bec, the Unit supports change by providing training, consultation and tools. Thus, anyone working in the health and social services network can obtain its support for patient-oriented projects or for improving care and service trajectories. It works to enable continuous improvement in the health system and in the care and services of the population.
