The Unit will thus ensure that the four University Health and Social Services Networks (hereafter referred to as RUISSS) are firmly anchored in the field. In January 2023, the Unit&#8217;s scientific director will begin a tour of the RUISSSs in order to encourage fruitful discussions with people working in the field and to highlight support needs.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The SSA-RUISSS teams will operate under a scientific-patient co-leadership and will be guided by four skilled coordinators:<\/p>\n<div class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Co-directed by <strong>Alexandra De Pokomandy<\/strong> and <strong>Sonia Lussier<\/strong>. Coordinated by <strong>Araceli Gonzalez Reyes<\/strong> (SSA-RUISSS McGill)<\/li><li>Co-directed by <strong>Catherine Hudon<\/strong> and <strong>Catherine Wilhelmy<\/strong>. Coordinated by <strong>Yessica-Haydee Gomez Sandoval<\/strong> (SSA-RUISSS Universit\u00e9 de Sherbrooke)<\/li><li>Co-directed by <strong>Maude Laberge <\/strong>and <strong>Samira Amil<\/strong>. Coordinated by <strong>Viviane Tran<\/strong> (SSA-RUISSS Universit\u00e9 de Montr\u00e9al)<\/li><\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Decentralize the capabilities of the Unit\u00e9 de soutien SSA Qu\u00e9bec<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Our Unit strives to play a key role in the continuous improvement of Quebec\u2019s health care system and care trajectories. With and for the benefit of the public, the Unit\u2019s team is mobilizing and supporting research and health and social services networks. Its team is made up of highly qualified individuals who work within or outside the province&#8217;s health care and service institutions.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The new SSA-RUISSS teams will be composed of territorial antennas bringing together several of the Unit\u2019s expertises. They will primarily respond to the needs of their respective RUISSS in the context of specific projects or competitions for the continuous improvement of care trajectories. They will stimulate collaboration between the RUISSS and thus contribute to building the capacity of Qu\u00e9bec\u2019s learning health systems.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Candidates wanted<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">There are vacancies for Patient\/Public\/Organizational Partnership, Data Management, Data Valorization and Change Management positions within the SSA-RUISSS teams. Individuals interested in serving as patient partners, team co-leaders or in general are also invited to contact the Unit by email.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><h3><strong>About RUISSSs<\/strong><\/h3><\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The RUISSSs federate universities and their affiliated health and social services network institutions.
