In 2016, the Unit\u00e9 de soutien au syst\u00e8me de sant\u00e9 apprenant (SSA) Qu\u00e9bec began a demonstration project in support of the V1SAGES<\/a> program. This project was launched to improve the ability to identify patients at risk of becoming high users of emergency services has since provided evidence of the value and benefits of the learning health system approach.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Conducted by an interprofessional team involving patients and their families, this demonstration project embodied a research continuum<\/strong> ranging from the structured collection of data and its valorization to the production of decision making tools and, ultimately, the integration of the knowledge acquired into clinical and organizational practices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The learning health system: a real case<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
