approach is about establishing a continuous learning cycle in which the people and organizations involved in health research, care and social services, including patients, work in partnership.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">By comparing actual practices to good practices and identifying evidence, it becomes possible to derive knowledge and improve the health care
