To achieve this, the Unit ensures that Qu\u00e9bec experts are brought together in teams to support research in learning health systems (LHS) in each of the territories attached to the Centres hospitaliers universitaires du Qu\u00e9bec (CHU) associated with the universities of McGill, Montr\u00e9al, Laval and Sherbrooke, namely the RUISSS. Mr. Charrette and Ms. Gomez Sandoval will support this process as SSA-RUISSS development officers. They will thus ensure the facilitation of the decentralization of the Unit&#8217;s capacities and an assertive anchoring in the field.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Innovative synergy between Qu\u00e9bec universities<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The new SSA-RUISSS teams will be composed of territorial antennas bringing together several of the Unit&#8217;s expertises. They will primarily respond to the needs of their respective RUISSS in the context of specific projects or competitions for the continuous improvement of care trajectories.
