Le magazine Exp\u00e9riences<\/strong> a pour mission de cr\u00e9er un espace de libre expression en rassemblant, sous diverses formes, les t\u00e9moignages d\u2019exp\u00e9riences v\u00e9cues en regard de la sant\u00e9 physique, mentale et psychosociale. Il permet \u00e9galement de promouvoir la transformation de ces exp\u00e9riences en occasions de contribuer au mieux-\u00eatre collectif.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ce magazine unique est publi\u00e9 par la communaut\u00e9 de patient(e)s partenaires du m\u00eame nom. La communaut\u00e9 Exp\u00e9riences<\/a> inclut des patientes et des patients partenaires activement engag\u00e9s \u00e0 d\u00e9mystifier le r\u00f4le individuel et collectif \u00e0 l’\u00e9gard de la sant\u00e9. Ces personnes le font au niveau de la gouvernance du partenariat patient, au niveau strat\u00e9gique, et directement au sein d\u2019\u00e9quipes de recherches, de soins et services et du milieu acad\u00e9mique. Elle rassemble aussi diff\u00e9rents membres du r\u00e9seau de la sant\u00e9 et des services sociaux du Qu\u00e9bec. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the uniqueness of a life’s journey or illness, landmarks emerge which, once pointed out, become knowledge buoys. Patient partners, thanks to their experience, navigate the health and social services system, lending their compasses to apprentice sailors, while using either their GPS or their common sense to suggest a change of course.
