Why this summit?<\/h3>\n\n

We cannot do the same thing over and over again \nand expect a different result. <\/em><\/strong><\/p>

That is why we need to rethink our health care system to make it a learning system. How do we do that? By working in partnership rather than in silos, and by using science and patient experience to improve management, care and service to the public. This event is an invitation to learn from each other, to share and to engage in a transformation of the culture of the Qu\u00e9bec health system.<\/p>The Management team<\/cite><\/blockquote><\/figure>\n\n
