A unique collaboration<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The collaboration between organizations such as the Minist\u00e8re de la Sant\u00e9 et des Services sociaux du Qu\u00e9bec<\/strong>, the Fonds de recherche du Qu\u00e9bec \u2013 Sant\u00e9<\/strong> and the Unit<\/strong> allows for a better understanding of care and service pathways in order to support transformation and allow for the improvement of practices in different areas. The Unit\u2019s teams, recognized for their specific expertise in several fields, will accompany and support the teams throughout their project. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
