We strive to develop CREMs (Clinician-reported experience measures): self-reported measures for health and social services human resources. These indicators will allow us to know how these people live their work experience and to identify how to improve the well-being of people working in the health and social services network, an element of the quintuple aim that is at the heart of our mission.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
